浇注机头采用耐磨特殊型刚制作出高精度针阀装置，使注料同步、寿命长、操作简便。 机头转动由螺旋长齿型4B76变速带组成混合头装置，搅拌转速达到N=8800r/min(每分钟8800转)，使料液搅拌混合均匀，出料流畅不会阻塞。使制品密度均匀富有弹性。（如配制冷装置，可使浇注头连续浇注，清洗间隔长并且减少混合头清洗次数并配有仃电冲洗装置减轻环境污染降低成品。提高产品竞争力省时省料经济效益显著）。 计量采用电脑控制，并采用高精度K12B精密计量泵（误差3g %0）。可制作500多个双色双密度不同品位制品，同时可随时切换不同颜色密度PU制品。 原料灌配有120L-250升（A1A2B三组份）原料输送管道由导热层循环保温，原料灌采用导热油夹层并用Pu硬泡注入夹层进行双保温，达到料温稳定不会冻结，及保温均匀自动恒温耗电量低。 生产线由19米60工位25米82工位台车组成，每个台车能放1双鞋模（500mm2x600 mm2）运送，采用浇注钢铁制作滑轮耐磨性强，运动平稳无燥声。转动可调节快慢，烘道采用热循环由保温层隔层制作，有电热、油热及油电二用装置，升温快慢热量均匀保温性能佳，达到自动恒温热量充足，升温快速。 机器没有合模力，模具手动开合。 Head of pouring machine adopts anti-abrasion special type steel to manufacture high precision needle value device and make the poured material synchronous,with long service life and convenient operation. The production line consists of 10m 60 stations and 25m 82 stations machine pallets. Each pallet can contain 1 pair of shoe molds(500mm2 x 600mm2)for transportation.Adopt pouring steel to manufacture.Good anti-abrasive performance heat cycling,which is manufactured by isolated heat preservation layer .Electric heating, oil heating and double use of electric anf oil heating mechanisms are available.The heat quantity for slow or fast temperature rising is equal with good heat preservation performance.Heat quantity of automatic constant temperature is enough with rapid temperature rising. Machine has no clamping force.Moulds are opened and closed manually by hand.
