多片锯的特点

整体稳定性好，高效率（高于5台带锯），板材成品率高、质量好、一致性好、切边光滑平整、无焦印、机床精度高、噪音低、操作方便可靠。

1.主要用于小径材圆木的纵向锯切，根据预设尺寸一次进给就能锯出多片板料，广泛用于细木工板，指接板厂的前道小径材圆木锯剖工序加工。

2.相对于带锯加工效率高（一台顶五台），精度高、操作简单方便，对操作工人技术要求不高，弥补了带锯加工精度低、效率低、操作技术要求高的缺点。

3.锯片内水冷却装置，不容易烧锯片，延长了锯片的使用寿命。

4.上下咬合送料、出料，确保原木不打滑、夹锯片，提高 了送料的顺畅性。
