1、本机适用于用成型刀模对各种非金属片状材料进行全断或半断模切作业。

2、微电脑控制，操作简单、快捷、准确。
3、主机采用双油缸、双曲柄连杆平衡、四柱精密导向机构，保证每一个裁断位置的裁断深度完全相同。
4、压板下压接触刀模时自动慢切，使裁断料最上层与最下层之间没有尺寸误差。
5、中央供油自动润滑系统，保证了机器的使用寿命和精度。
6、可配置单边或双边自动送料系统，令整机生产效率提高二到三倍。
7、可配置裁断板微动装置，使裁断板均匀消耗，节约成本。
8、可配置刀模气动夹紧装置，更换刀模方便快捷。

a. The machine is applicable for whole-broken or semi-broken operation of various nonmetal slices materials by die cutter. For example: such industries as plastics packing, pearl cotton packaging, rubber and printing etc.

c. The main machine adopts double oil cylinder, double-crank connecting rod balancing, four-column precise guiding mechanism, which can guarantee that the cutting depth at every cutting position is same.
d. The pressing board carries out slow cutting when it presses downward to contact the die cutter, which can make that there is no size error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer of cut materials.
e. The central oil supply automatic lubricating system guarantees the service life and precision of machine.
f. Single-side or double-side automatic feeding system can be allocated to enhance the production efficiency of machine twice or thrice.
