mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">保温板测厚仪是根据中华人民和国国定标准GB/T6342－1996 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">《泡沫塑料与橡胶线性尺寸的测定》设计研制的保温板专用的检测仪器。本仪器主要用于检测50mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">内保温板等建筑材料的厚度偏差。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">二、保温板测厚仪仪器结构与技术要求：

1、工作台（含立柱及表架）

2、量表（百分表）

3、铝垫块（50±1g mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">）

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、保温板测厚仪操作方法：

1、将仪器平稳放置在试验台上。

2、调整工作台下部的调平螺栓使工作台水平。

3、将量表装到表架上。

4、根据预测材料的厚度调整表加高度。

5、根据预测材料的厚度选择标准块。

6、将选定的标准块放在工作台上，在其上再放置铝垫块。

7、再次调整表架，使量表探头接触到铝垫块并使量表预压5mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">，再在量表上调零，固定好表架，撤掉标准块和铝垫块。

8、放置预测试样，然后将量表探头回缩，再将铝垫块放置在试样上，松手量表探头将接触到铝垫块，此时读取量表的数值即可。

9、测量结束，将仪器擦拭干净涂油防锈。
