mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">适用于粉煤灰陶粒和陶砂、粘土陶粒和陶砂、页岩陶粒和陶砂、天然轻 "Times New Roman"">骨料等多孔轻骨料的检验。轻骨料承压筒是按《轻骨料试验方法》GB2842-81 "Times New Roman"">测定轻粗骨料颗粒的平均相对强度指标的专用仪器。

mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">筒体内部尺寸为115mm "Times New Roman"">×100mm,垂直度偏差为-1mm
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">冲压模外部尺寸为113 mm "Times New Roman"">×70mm,垂直度偏差为-1mm
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">筒体、导向筒和冲压模均应是正圆柱形,其上、下表面与柱面的垂直度不大于1mm mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">。
mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">三、轻骨料承压筒使用方法:
1、筛取10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">-20mm "Times New Roman"">粒级(粉煤灰陶粒允许采用10 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman""> ̄15mm "Times New Roman"">的粒径)的试样51 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">,其中 10 "Times New Roman"">-15mm粒径的体积含量应占50% mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">-70% "Times New Roman"">。
2、用承压筒( mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">带筒底) "Times New Roman"">装试样,分别测定3 "Times New Roman"">次松散料重,取其算术平均值。对天然轻骨科,取测得的平均松散料重值乘以1.15 "Times New Roman"">的填充系数作为试样量;对其他轻骨料,则乘以1.10 "Times New Roman"">的填充系数作为试样量。
3、按上述试样量称取试样,装入承压筒,先用木锤沿筒壁四周轻敲数次,然后装上导向筒和冲压模,检查冲压模的下刻度线是否与导向筒的上缘重合,如不重合,再轻敲筒壁四周直至完全重合为止。把承压筒放在压力机的下压板上,以每秒约30 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman""> ̄50kg "Times New Roman"">的速度匀速加荷。当冲压模压入深度为20mm "Times New Roman"">时,记下压力值。
