2.5 充液阀的作用
为使制动系统可靠工作,必须保证蓄能器在任何时候都有充足的油压。由于每进行一次工作制动,蓄能器就要向系统释放一定的油液,因此经过一定的工作制动次数后,蓄能器的油液压力下降,需及时补充油液才能保证系统的正常工作。XC-17型蓄能器充液阀的作用是自动为蓄能器充油,使其油压始终保持在所要求的范围内,阀充油切换压差大约是截流压力的18%。以Hc-1.5型井下混凝土输送车的制动液压系统为例,蓄能器充液阀工作时,优先向两个蓄能器供油, 直至达到其额定工作压力15MPa。随着油液的减少,蓄能器的油压逐渐降低,当蓄能器油压降低18%、到最小工作压力时,充液阀自动切断P—N通路,P—Sp 连通,泵出油液经充液阀为两个蓄能器充油,当充油压力达到最大工作压力15MPa时,充液阀切断P—Sp,接通P-N通路,可为后面的其它执行机构供油。
