moog穆格伺服阀G761-3009B充液阀的基本结构主要包括阀芯、阀体和驱动阀芯在阀体内作相对运动的操纵控制机构。阀芯的结构形式多样;阀体上开设有与阀芯配合的阀体(套)孔或阀座孔,还有外接油管的进、出油口;阀芯的操纵控制机构有手调(动)式、机械式、电动式以及液动式或电液动式等。
液压阀的基本工作原理是:利用阀芯相对于阀体的运动来控制阀口的通断及开度的大小(实质是对阀口的流动阻尼进行控制),实现对液流方向、压力和流量的控制。液压阀工作时,所有阀的通过流量与阀的进、出油口间的压力差以及开度的大小间的关系都符合如下空口压力流量特性公式
式中, 为流量系数,与阀口形状、尺寸及反映液流流态的雷诺数 有关;A为阀口的通流面积;ρ为液体的密度;为进、出口压差。
第二章 充液阀的基本知识
2.1 充液阀概述
充液阀是一种特殊的液控单向阀,一个方向止流,另一个方向自由流通,先导动作是由油口供压的控制阀芯用液压实现的,由此而直接打开主阀。这种阀为叠加系统而设计,即在一个基础件上,可以叠加各种各样的其它类别液压阀。其主要作用是从油箱(或充液油箱)向液压缸或者系统补充油液,以免出现吸空现象。带控制的充液阀还能起快速排油的作用。
2.2充液阀的典型结构
充液阀有常闭式和常开式两种典型结构。
(1)常闭式充液阀
常闭式充液阀有不可控式和可控式两种形式,不可控式充液阀,它是由阀芯、导向套、复位弹簧、阀体和连接法兰等主要零件组成。阀芯是蘑菇形的,结构较紧凑,流阻损失小;阀芯重量轻惯性小,动作灵敏。
对于可控式充液阀。控制油通入控制缸的上腔,控制活塞就可使阀芯开启。控制缸上腔接油箱时,控制活塞在弹簧的作用下复位。控制缸下腔与充液油箱是想通的。这两种结构的充液阀都直接安装在液压缸的端部,安装方便,节省了与工作液压缸连接的管道。浸入式结构,即上部全浸在充液油箱中,结构很紧凑,流阻损失很02-311015 DG17V-2-2A-5-10 12 DG17V22A510
