适用于家私玻璃印刷。Be suitable for Furniture Glass Printing.工作流程：玻璃自动预定位 传输 二次精定位 印刷 检测卸玻璃传输 烘干机（连线全自动）。Procedure: Automatic initial contraposition----conveyor---precise contraposition----printing----conveyor----Drying Machine特殊的定位方式对印件的复杂外形有很强的适应力，比如轿车的前、后挡扇形玻璃片的印刷，定位精准（ 0.1mm）。Special contraposition is greatly suitable for sophisticate shape of printing substrates, such as the front and rear car window glass which contraposition precision is about 0.1mm.针对易划伤和不许有划伤的印件，设备工作台面采用特殊工艺处理，使台面对印件即不划伤又耐磨，且摩擦系数低。For easy scratched printing substrates, working table has been specially treated for scratch resistance.采用日本三菱（MITSUBISHI） PLC工作系统，亲善的触摸屏人机界面操作盘，各调节机构配置高精度位置显示器，并设有故障显示系统和光电保护装置。The machine is equipped with PLC system and Touch-on Control Panel and Position Display机头水平式、上下移动，采用蜗轮减速机附安全刹车马达变频稳冲，上下平稳。Adopts reduction worm gear with safety brake motor converter to assure stable up/ down and left/ right movement for the main part of the machine采用变频无段控制刮印速度，刮印与覆盖可作不同速度调整。网版调节采用X、Y轴移动对位，简便精准。Apply converter to control printing speed. Both printing speed and oil flooding speed are adjustable Adjustment for screen frame is realized by X and Y axes moving contra position. It's easy and precise.刮印刀采用恒压装置，刮印刀印压强弱设定后，对于印刷物厚薄不规则能自动补偿。Apply constant pressure equipment for the scraper. Once the pressure is fixed, the uneven thickness of the printing substrates can be equalized automatically.回油刀采用恒压装置，压力能任意设定具自动补偿作用，能使油墨覆盖厚薄，任意控制，不产生震波。 不移动丝框状态下能设定刮刀与覆盖油墨刀做重复动作，精度不变形。Apply constant pressure equipment for the flood bar. Pressure for the flood bar can be adjusted freely. Different thickness oil coating can be realized under this condition without any vibration waves 。Both scraper printing times and floor bar coating times can be set freely without moving the screen frame. The repeatable contraposition is very high.
