自动清洗系统组成

CIP在线清洗系统是指设备(罐体、管道、泵、过滤器等)及整条生产线在无需人工拆开或打开的前提下，在一个预定时间内，将一定温度的清洗液通过密闭的管道对设备内表面进行喷淋循环而达到自动清洗的目的。主要由单个或多个清洗液贮罐及管道、分布器、增压泵、回流泵、气动控制阀、酸碱计量泵、板式换热器，温度控制仪、电导率检测仪、液位控制仪及PLC触摸屏、控制柜等部件组成。

Composition of automatic cleaning system

CIP online cleaning system is referred to equipment(jar, pipe, pump, filter etc), including splashing on surface inside withdefined temperature cleaner through sealed pipes in circulation, in some time under condition that no manual disconnection or no opening of the whole stream line, SO that the aim of automatic cleaning can be reached. Automatic cleaning system is composed of single or many cleaner jars, pipe, distributor, voltage plus pump, circumfluence pump, gasdrive control valve, acidalkali measurement pump, panelheat transformer, temperature controller, electricinduced rate detector,liquid level controller, PLC touch screen and controI tank,etc．

▲水预洗过程(Water pre-cleaning) 3-5 分钟(minutes) 温度(temp)40℃-50℃

▲碱洗过程(Alkali cleaning) 5-15 分钟(minutes) 温度(temp)60℃-80℃

▲中间水洗过程(Water cleaning in the middle) 3-5 分钟(minutes) 温度(temp)40℃-50℃

▲酸洗过程(Acid cleaning) 5-10 分钟(minutes) 温度(temp)60℃-80℃

▲最终水洗过程(Water cleaning at last) 3-6 分钟(minutes) 温度(temp)40℃-50℃
