JR-1电磁感应快速加热器使用说明书

一、 产品简介

JR-1电磁感应快速加热器是我公司开发适用于注塑机配套使用的、能迅速加热铁钉的新产品，代替火焰燃烧铁钉的传统使用方法。本产品具有外形美观新颖，使用简便省时，安全性能好，热效率高，耗电少，卫生清洁等特点，是注塑机理想的配套设备。

二、 技术参数

额定电压：220V±10% 额定频率：50Hz

三、 使用方法

用钢丝钳或尖嘴钳夹住铁钉一端，把另一端放在加热器的两个铜极上直至发红，就可使用。

四、 注意事项

1、用户使用前请仔细阅读使用说明书。

2、用户必须使用具有接地措施的电源插座，使用后请切断电源。

3、本产品专门加热铁钉，不能把铜、铝等其他金属放在加热器两个铜极加热，以免引起危险。

4、请用户不要随便拆卸维修，以免事故扩大并危及安全，出现故障请与本公司联系进行维修。

① Introduction

③ OperatingInstruction

Usewire-cutter or nipper pliers to clip tightly one end of the nail,then putanother end of the nail on the two copper poles of the heater till the nailturns red.

④ Precautions

1. Pleaseread the manual carefully before using this product

2. Theproduct must be connected to the AC power outlet with the grounded measure andplease remember to cut off the power supply when the product is not be used

3. Toprevent any danger,please do not heat the metals of Copper,Aluminium etc byputting them on the two Copper poles of the heater except iron nails.

4. Toavoid enlarge the problem and endanger people,ssafety,do not open the cabinet casually. If needed, please contact our companyto maintain the product.
