分散控制系统网络体系结构
工厂级(上层、管理层)包括工厂信息管理和生产管理，负责与工厂管理计算机的连接，计算机间的管理数据交换通过工厂主干网实现。主干网采用ISO／OSI-MAP／TOP或TCP／IP-Ethernet网络协议标准。随着工厂自动化规模的不断扩大，这一级的功能也越来越强，它是DCS 向CIPS 发展的一个重要标志。
车间级(中层、监控层)包括过程控制和过程管理，用于控制室、现场控制设备和各现场控制装置间的连接。通信网采用中速、载带工业过程数据公路的形式(ProwayC或IEEE802.4)。这是DCS的实时工业控制网络，应具有高可靠性、高使用性、实时性强、有自诊断功能、有自组态功能、容易接入新站等。
现场级(低层)用于连接过程控制中的传感器、执行器、智能仪表等。现场以标准的现场总线为发展目标，现已有了两个国际组织的现场总线产品，现场总线将是DCS 发展的一个重要方向。
2 现场总线
2.1 现场总线标准
现场总线标准的第一部分被命名为H1，定义了一个低速、带电链路的数字信号取代4～20 mA模拟量传输信号。当H1被采用后，智能传感器将能够与数字控制系统直接通信。第二部分H2，定义了一个高速、不带电的链路，使协议可应用于高级逻辑和控制。H2协议的通信速率为1 Mb，而H1通信速率为31.25 Kb。
