执行标准
1)GB/T9330-2008塑料绝缘控制电缆
用途
本产品用于交流额定电压450/750V及以下配电装置中的控制线路。
使用特性
1)电缆导体的长期允许工作温度:聚氯乙烯绝缘为70℃,电缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃。
2)敷设安装允许弯曲半径:
a)无铠装层的电缆,应不小于电缆外径的6倍;
b)有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆,应不小于电缆外径的12倍;
c)有屏蔽层结构的软电缆,应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
主要技术性能和要求
1)导电线芯分为三种:第一种(A),第二种(B)适用于固定敷设(第一种是实心导体,第二种是绞合导体);第三种(R)是绞合软导体,适用于有移动要求的软电缆。
2)导体结构及直流电阻应符合表1规定。
3)绝缘线芯识别可采用颜色标志或数字标志,绝缘厚度及绝缘电阻应符合表2规定。
4)绝缘线芯应经受工频火花,实验电压有效值为6KV。
5)电缆能经受交流50HZ、3000V、5min的耐压试验。
