河南真牛起重机有限公司是一家大型生产销售安装一体化路桥设备厂家，公司生产架桥机、提梁机、固定式龙门吊、模板高频震动器、锥形制动电机、连续桥梁挂篮等，公司售后管理及时，公司在售后服务一流的基础成立安装维修队伍，对外承接安装搬迁龙门吊、配件等。2016年公司新研发箱梁自动喷淋设备，该自动喷淋系统结合预制箱梁特点，通过组装控制系统，增设行走轨道，实现预制箱梁的自动喷淋雾化养护，实现了全方位的养护，提高养护质量和效率，保证了预制箱梁混凝土强度。该设备克服解决了既有人工洒水养护用水量过多或不足及养护效率低等问题，而是通过存梁区预先规划设计设置的供水管道，通过人工供水给自动喷淋储水罐，开启开控开关，自动在行走轨道上行驶，喷射的气状水雾达到预制箱梁养护的目的。整套系统由PLC（可编程控制器）电路控制、行走、喷洒、供水四大部分组成，整个系统喷洒养护过程中的每个环节控制全部由一台PLC进行控制，可实现全自动化养护。该系统不但可人工手动控制亦可通过PLC可编程控制器自行设置小车行走速度、喷洒时间及停顿时间等参数。设备行走喷淋过后，整个梁体全身湿透，没有死角，做到了全覆盖、既养护到位，节省了人工，又节能环保，节约了用水，在上级单位多次检查中受到肯定和表扬。
该设备自投入使用以来，突出体现以下特点：一是养护效果好。自动喷淋系统喷出的是气状水雾，可以达到按需要、全湿润的养护质量标准，养护效果显著。喷淋系统从供水到工作完毕，基本上实现了过程半自动控制；二是大大降低劳动强度。按预制箱梁1.5孔/d，按存梁养护周期10d计，则至少需要15人，而采用自动喷淋，只需要专人开控开关，适当在固定位置供水，跟踪设备，做好日常保养即可；三是成本效益显现。一套系统可满足该梁场纵向8个区域8孔预制箱梁的养生，2.5h可全部完成，并且还可以周转循环使用；四是节约用水。工程建设讲究环水保，合理使用水资源，节约用水，达到了施工环水保的目的。
