上述的均压措施在铰销轴方向不能自动均压,需要在装配中人工调好。对于口径较小的阀门,由于绝对误差量较小,在装配中容易调好,但对于口径较大的阀门,就困难得多。因此对于大口径阀门应采用完全自动均压的措施。例如图28所示的结构,采用球而压头就能完全自动均压。

一般的真空阀门,其阀板的压紧机构就是其传动机构,例如图7、图8、图12、图14等。这类传动机构,只要知道了阀板压紧机构的压紧力,就可以按照普通机械传动进行设计了。
