PRM系列先导式减压阀是一种叠加元件,它被用于和带有标准化连接孔的换向阀进行叠加式连接。减压阀除了PRM3AA和BB型号以外总是配置在P流道内。 

通过内部的控制和泄漏管路与相应的流道的连接来实现所要油口的减压。 

特点: 

派克 PRM系列阀为钢质阀体; 

压力调节可选择采用有槽螺钉、旋钮或带锁的旋钮来进行调整; 

阀体上的丝堵拆下后可用作测压口进行压力测量; 

先导控制的原理使得P/Q特性曲线平滑变化,其基本上只受与Q相关的流动阻力的影响。 

通过补偿阀芯上的阻尼孔限制先导控制油的流量。
